Stay near the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum

This is a fabulous place to stay for a solo traveler or small group. Even though I was only there two nights, I could envision myself staying for a long time!
If you enjoy cooking, you will LOVE this kitchen. The complimentary coffee was also a nice treat!
If you're not in the mood to cook, there are great dining options close by such as The Royal cafe and Ebee's corner bar. The hosts even sent us a link for free delivery on GrubHub, which was so thoughtful and kind.
The beds (one a pull out couch) were comfortable and the linens were soft, warm and inviting. There are two bathrooms, one with a nice deep tub and the other with a large shower. Nice toiletries are supplied in case you don't have your own.
It is clear these hosts put a lot of detailed thought into what would make this space feel better than home. I will absolutely try to book here next time I'm in DC.
