Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays. Mosquito Disclosure Washington, DC’s warm, humid climate makes mosquitoes common and often unavoidable during the warmer months, particularly in outdoor spaces. - 2023-06-20T19:55:23Z · 5/5: This is a fantastic Airbnb! We absolutely loved our long-term stay. I totally recommend this unit to anyone looking for a safe, well-stocked, and comfortable place to spend time in D.C. The owners keep the unit in spectacular shape — the bed is super comfortable, there are plenty of cooking supplies (pots, pans), and the bathroom came with several rolls of toilet paper + plenty of towels. The location is great for women who may be nervous to stay alone in other locations. I could not recommend this unit more highly!

- 2022-08-19T18:46:40Z · 5/5: The apartment was great. Clean, in a perfect location, and very safe. Check in was very easy - and the communication was superb. The only draw back would be there were fewer kitchen supplies than I expected given the longer rental. Perhaps a few more cooking pans and treys. But overall, I would give this location and apartment a 5 star.
