From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet-friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. Pet fees are usually included in the booking, but if not, you’ll be invoiced the pet fee. Please let us know if you’re bringing pets so we can update your reservation. Note that some homes are not pet-friendly—if yours isn’t, we’ll gladly recommend one that is.

Exterior security cameras on property
We enjoyed our stay at Sojourn’s, very close and within walking to the capitol and the Washington national mall. There were a few small restaurants within walking distance as well. Close to many great museums. A few steps up into the apartment and a few steps within the apartment but still accessible with a stroller and small child. A peaceful neighborhood. A few dogs barking but otherwise quiet. The bed was comfy. Adequate space throughout. Host are super helpful, place was nice and tidy definitely enjoy my stay Great and spacious apartment, incredible location, very quiet. Elizabeth

Overall, the stay was good. We had issues with the front door however. The code given to us prior to arrival did not work but the sojourn team did a good job of resolving that. The lock was very finicky, and often took a few tries to get the automatic lock to engage when we left. The unit was clean and well kept and had everything we needed in a good location. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and stiff. Overall it was Ok!
