The main bedroom has a queen size bed, a sofa bed in the living room and we do offer one queen size air mattress upon request. From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet-friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. Pet fees are usually included in the booking, but if not, you’ll be invoiced the pet fee. Please let us know if you’re bringing pets so we can update your reservation. Note that some homes are not pet-friendly—if yours isn’t, we’ll gladly recommend one that is.

Absolutely great location. Walkable to so much. Location of this rental to the National Mall cannot be better. Rental was furnished adequately and decorated thoughtfully for two people plus child. We appreciated the availability of having our vehicle safely parked out back. Back bedroom was very quiet and cozy although the mattress topper was a bit too soft. We would definitely enjoy the back porch in warmer weather. Would rent this unit again.
