This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom second floor walk up apartment offers quintessential Capitol Hill living and is located within easy walking distance of all that Washington, DC has to offer.
The space
Fully furnished, this apartment is newly renovated with high-end finishes and features modern furnishings, stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, private HVAC and an in unit washer and dryer. The bedrooms have queen size beds, a living room sofa and we do offer one queen size air mattress and a pack and play upon request. This apartment feels like your very own private oasis in the heart of the city!

Our home has a contactless, seamless and easy self check- in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. At Sojourn we take your happiness and comfort seriously. Property Access & Maintenance
From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Très bon emplacement à côté du métro. Pensez à prévoir une option de parking si vous souhaitez laisser votre voiture en journée. Logement conforme à la description et fonctionnel. Juste dommage de ne pas prévoir le même nombre de serviette que le nombre de personnes pour lequel on paye. Taylor

Stayed with family and our dogs while in town for Thanksgiving. The home was perfectly located next to the metro and the beautiful Library of Congress. Truly the most convenient and charming spot. The heating/ac units worked like a charm to keep us warm during the windy & brisk weather we had. There’s a learning curve to figuring out how they work but rest assured they do work. We ran into an issue where someone used the parking spot we paid for but the guard on site and Sojourn were responsive and accommodating. Shower pressure is impressive. The floors can be a bit wonky so if you have family members with ambulatory issues just be mindful, otherwise it’s serviceable. All together, really worth the price for a safe, convenient, and charming location. Andres
