Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays. Mosquito Disclosure Washington, DC’s warm, humid climate makes mosquitoes common and often unavoidable during the warmer months, particularly in outdoor spaces. - 2026-07-06T19:32:25Z · 5/5: perfect location to visit the capitol. Easy access to subway. Able to use subway from Dulles to essentially your front door. Even BWI was easy with a $12 Lyft to Union Station and a 30 minute ride on the MARC Penn line for $8. AC works great. Kitchen works but not a place to whip up your meal for 10. Overall an excellent place to stay. Also fun to stay in a place built in the mid 1800's.

We were unable to sit in most of the chairs because the legs were so close to collapsing. Very cheap and beat up furniture in living room only.
- 2026-04-17T19:48:39Z · 5/5: Clean and lovely. Fantastic location. Would definitely recommend and will love to come back myself. For those needing accessibility: There's a few small (three to five) stairs within the apartment between both bedrooms, that make it less accessible for those who cannot go up and down stairs easily (not to mention the two or three small flights of stairs to get into the unit, it's a walkup which is mentioned in their posting I believe). But not a problem, for those without mobility issues. Everything else was absolutely perfect!
