- 2021-12-18T19:03:27Z · 5/5: This is an excellent location! I highly recommend for anyone looking to do research at the Library of Congress or on business or tourism near the Mall or Capitol. The street is safe and quiet, very close to cafés and restaurants. The apartment itself was very clean, with good lighting, and strong wifi. I would definitely stay here again!
