- 2026-05-15T19:20:19Z · 4/5: The location could not be better. Close to the Capitol and close to the Metro. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Very walkable and close to restaurants. The amenities were just what we expected and were perfect for us. The downsides - it is a basement apartment in an old building, so there are many ways for bugs to get in. We had some cockroaches, which were not pleasant and other bugs. Also, only two bath towels for two guests staying three nights. We could have used a couple more.

- 2026-04-10T20:55:13Z · 5/5: Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. The location was ideal—close to everything, yet still quiet and relaxing.
- 2026-04-05T17:45:54Z · 5/5: Great stay at this DC location. Basement level was odd, but private entrance was nice. Walkable distance to the National Mall, 10 min walk to Whole Foods and some nice restaurants. One night there was construction right outside of the window facing the street otherwise pretty safe and quiet neighborhood. Place was clean overall. We appreciated the extra towels, linens and blankets. Host was very responsive and communicated throughout our stay to ensure we had a good time. I recommend if looking for a two bedroom place in the area!
