Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet-friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. Pet fees are usually included in the booking, but if not, you’ll be invoiced the pet fee. Please let us know if you’re bringing pets so we can update your reservation. Note that some homes are not pet-friendly—if yours isn’t, we’ll gladly recommend one that is.

Exterior security cameras on property
The apartment was absolutely lovely, and with a 6 week stay, communication was mostly great. On check-in day, our code to enter was swapped out with the cleaner’s, so while the maids did let us in to drop suitcases, we then did have to wait outside in the heat with melting groceries for almost an hour. The 24 hour number on my listing didn’t work. We eventually had the AirBnB service contact Sojourn, and then were given the correct code.
Little hiccups did occur over the six weeks, but everything was managed quickly w excellent communication. Linens and spares, toiletries and cleaning sprays, laundry pods, cookware were all provided. Highly recommend. This was the perfect location for Capitol Hill. Right on the edge so you were close to everything. You could walk anywhere or bike/scooter. It was perfect for a weekend getaway! We enjoyed our stay in Washington DC! My wife and I were looking for a comfortable space to stay that had easy metro access and enough room for our baby daughter to play. This space was perfect! Besides being clean and having good natural light for a basement apartment, the hosts were very accommodating (they allowed us to check in early to accommodate our daughter’s nap schedule) and were very quick to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again! Perfect location in DC for a great price!
