Cute home!! Our hosts were very responsive and polite when communicating which is much appreciated!! The check-in and out process is super simple!! The home really did have everything my partner I needed, although I will say the bedroom didn’t have a TV, but my partner brought his from his barrack which our hosts were totally okay with, obviously as long as we didn’t rearrange furniture, but yeah no biggie.  We also brought our own spices but the home has pots, pans, plates, and plenty utensils! The showers have detachable water heads which feels amazing after the beach. Clean home, super cute common area, and plenty of washers and dryers in the wash room. Will definitely be staying here again. :)

This Airbnb is an amazing home for a large number of people! I had 8 guests in total stay (2 couples, 4 individuals) and we all felt we had both group spaces as well as our separate spaces when needed. Also their check out policy requiring nothing from us was a major feature that I have never seen before but was so nice for us to be able to enjoy that morning together. Host was communicative when needed and gave plenty of suggestions for places to explore. Would 100% recommend this stay!

Our large group had an amazing time at this property. It was even more beautiful than the photos, was very clean and had all needed amenities and more. Our host was very responsive and helpful as well. The walk to the beach took about 5 minutes and the beach itself was beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The host was proactive and responsive. The apartment was clean and within a very walkable community in Dupont. The kitchen was equipped with cookware and utensils which were helpful to have. We found the WiFi connection to be spotty at times but that was a minor issue. Overall I would recommend this spot!

We had an amazing stay! It's perfectly located. We walked and utilized rideshare which was inexpensive since we were in the heart of the city. Nowhere was more than 15 minutes away. The host was very responsive. We didn't have washcloths upon arrival, and they immediately made sure we got some + provided a fresh set of towels for us. The home itself is gorgeous! We felt very safe. Everything was clean and cozy. 3 of us stayed there and slept comfortably, as one of the rooms had a king size bed. We had everything we needed, including extra quilts/comforters, pillows, washer, dryer, etc. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This apartment-style bnb was perfect for a weekend beach getaway! It was a 10-ish minute walk to Oceanview beach, and the beach itself was pretty empty. It was also a relatively short drive (about 30 minutes) to the VA beach oceanfront area. A couple reviews mentioned having issues with how thin the walls were, but we didn’t notice any crazy sounds… I’m sure that’s dependent on how respectful the other guests are too though. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

We've booked this apartment for our family visit to DC. The location was nice, the apartment was very clean, and we got clear instructions on how to enter. Our booking included 4 people, where we were looking to divide into 2 beds and one sofa. The beds were great and comfy but the sofas were very uncomfortable. They were worn out and unfortunately, I don't think they fit for sleeping at all. When booking this apartment it should be relevant for 4 people only if they are couples in each of the two bedrooms.

Was looking specifically in this area of Virginia Beach (Chicks Beach) as we wanted to enjoy the beach in a peaceful, not crowded, dog friendly location. This home delivered. Bouy 44 is within walking distance where we enjoyed my birthday with a sunset dinner out on their outdoor deck where our dog was welcomed. Seafood and Orange crushes were fabulous. Beach access is a few houses down in either direction, bed was super comfortable, kitchen adequately stocked. The automatic ice dispenser in fridge wasnt working and one of the blinds in the front window was damaged from previous guests but the host immediately took care of replacing the blinds and even instacarted a bag of ice and some goodies for the inconvenience. Had a fabulous stay and will definitely stay again when we return to Virginia Beach for another vacation.

Firstly, beautiful neighbourhood. Myself and my friends were worried about the crime rates around the city, but the area in the Eastern Market where the house is located is beautiful. Plenty of people walking their dogs and a lot of chances to spark up friendly conversations. The house fit 5 of us, but I would recommend 4 maximum (the sofa bed can get a little uncomfortable after a few nights 🤣) but besides that the amenities suited us all nicely. There were even complementary water (and ice in the freezer) which is a necessity when moving so much around the city !

These were the perfect accommodations for our family of four. The apartment was spacious and the added amenities (pool, game room, fitness center) gave us something to do when we just wanted downtime. Our only complaint is that the game room didn’t seem well kept/ clean, compared to all the other spaces at Courtland Towers. We loved that the Metro was in walking distance and utilized that every day to get into the city. We would stay here again! Would also recommend it to others as a comfortable, cost effective way to explore DC/Arlington area.

This place was perfect for my brother and I - he was able to work and I was able to chill and rest without bothering each other.  It was a corner house and was in a good location.  We were shocked about the goat doorbell, but it made for a funny memory.  Only issue we had was the door stuck to the laundry room and the smell of the drain was a little much at the bottom of the stairs, but someone from the company was there and I was able to advise that needed checked out.  Otherwise, great trip and my brother plans to rent it for his trips back for work. Would highly recommend!

After reading the other reviews, here is what I think after staying here: - There are bugs. This place resides in a very woody area right next to the water, so of course there are bugs. Just keep the door closed and you’ll be fine. They don’t bother you if you don’t bother them. It’s really not a big deal at all. They have a closed off area for you to sit in the backyard without bugs getting in. - The kids room with the bunk bed does indeed still not have a door. It is inconvenient but it isn’t the worst thing in the world. Just bring something to drape over the door. - The jets are not loud at all and only are “noisy” a few times throughout the day. It’s not really noticeable at all. - It’s close to everything you need, ten minutes from the beach, close to grocery stores and gas stations, so there was no problem getting around. A lot of antique stores too. ~ 45 min from Virginia beach. Overall i thought it was a great stay and thought the hosts were very kind and responsive.
