Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet-friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. Pet fees are usually included in the booking, but if not, you’ll be invoiced the pet fee. Please let us know if you’re bringing pets so we can update your reservation. Note that some homes are not pet-friendly—if yours isn’t, we’ll gladly recommend one that is.

Exterior security cameras on property
Host was very responsive/quick with all issues that came up. Great location for Capitol Hill internships/fellowships. This is an excellent location! I highly recommend for anyone looking to do research at the Library of Congress or on business or tourism near the Mall or Capitol. The street is safe and quiet, very close to cafés and restaurants. The apartment itself was very clean, with good lighting, and strong wifi. I would definitely stay here again!
