This quaint little spot is the perfect alternative to staying in a hotel filled with strangers. It is close to everything. It is in a walkable area, it gave me a small glimpse of what it would be like to live in that area of  DC. When I had questions, I received a prompt response. They sent me clear directions and instructions about check out. It was so seamless. When I return, I will not even attempt a hotel. I will book the same place 🖤🍾.

Enjoyed my stay. Great location and great host. One issue though. <br/>Only hold back was location my parking. I got there at 9pm and there was construction completely blocking the entrance I was told to go in through. Did circles and circles super stressed out. They were totally unaware of any construction in the way of the alley where I was supposed to park which was a little frustrating as i find that an important detail. I found a back entrance on my own after 10 minutes of circling and then they finally called but I no longer needed assistance. No hate to them at all as my stay was easy going and peaceful after that. Just is a very important detail to know as hosts in my opinion.

This is an exceptional place to stay for the solo traveler. The location can’t be beat—very close to the Metro and great restaurants around DuPont Circle, but not a lot of noise from traffic. The apartment has updated kitchen and bathroom.  The bed was incredibly comfortable (and with very nice linens) — I think it is full rather than queen sized, so might not be first choice for two people, but I loved it. High quality towels too. Altogether it was a very comfortable stay. I’ve already booked for another trip in December!
