Description
This fully furnished studio suite, named the Lincoln Room, is located on the 2nd floor of a Victorian Brownstone in Dupont Circle. Boutique shops, cafes and fine restaurants including the very special Phillips Collection museum are only steps away, in this most desirable neighborhood of Dupont Circle.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

The fireplace is a charming decorative feature, meant to add ambiance rather than be used.
Accessibility
Guests with mobility issues should know that the staircase is steep and narrow and that the rim of the bathtub is thigh-high. Also, if you have issues with noise or ambient light at night, pack earplugs and an eye mask - it's shared space, and the hallway light peeks in over the transom.

I really enjoyed my stay! The host was very responsive and helpful, allowing me an early check-in and late check-out storing my luggage for the day. I really appreciated the flexibility. I absolutely loved my stay here! The room was very comfortable, well-equipped, spotless, and the bed was incredibly cozy. The location couldn’t be better — right in Dupont Circle, Washington, D.C., surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and local businesses, with super easy access to the Metro.<br/>The host was extremely kind and responsive, answered all my questions, and was available to chat whenever needed. Check-in was smooth and very easy. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting D.C. — it was truly an amazing experience! Rachel

Great little gem in the DC area! This is a perfect little spot for solo travelers visiting for a few days! I loved the location and how close it was from the metro and an amazing coffee shop around the corner. The area felt safe when I was walking back at night too! The room had everything I needed with a comfy bed, clean bathroom, mini fridge, microwave and kettle. The hosts were amazing and communicative I would stay here again! This place was absolutely awesome, I can't wait to come back!
