From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Great location. Very quiet. Nice space! Would stay again! Great place in a great location We stayed 5 nights at 1604 19th St NE. The unit was very clean and had high ceilings. The king bed was great. … very comfortable ! The unit was very quiet even though it was on the first floor and right off the front door to the building. We felt secure in the unit as well … no safety issues. The location was great … you could not be closer to the DuPont Circle Metro stop ( less than a block away ). Given this location it was somewhat surprising how quiet the unit and neighborhood was … couldn’t ask for a better location given we took the metro everywhere in DC. Also, you could walk to many good restaurants from this location. The only negative comment we had was that the TV was difficult to work. We did not spend much time in the unit so did not really miss not having control over the TV. If I were doing it again I would request more assistance on working the TV. We would definitely rent this Airbnb again … great location, very clean and quiet !
