Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. Mosquito Disclosure Washington, DC’s warm, humid climate makes mosquitoes common and often unavoidable during the warmer months, particularly in outdoor spaces. - 2026-08-31T20:45:04Z · 4/5: Pros: Excellent location. Lots of natural light from the windows. Fairly roomy unit with a large bathroom. Bed was comfortable (see cons for the issue at check-in). Overall, the unit was "okay to good". Cons: Check-in. We were never given an individual code to the unit just a code to the building and when we showed up at the unit and called, no one picked up. We eventually guessed the code and got in successfully but never were given a way to personalize the code or change it. The unit was advertised as a king bed. We got there and were shocked to find a double bed, not even close, and the most uncomfortable squeaky springs matress I've ever seen. Luckily, the host was incredibly responsive from this point forward and after one night of awful sleep, the bed and frame were replaced for a comfortable king. Unfortunately, the bed doesn't fit the bedroom and you can't close the bedroom door as a result. Overall, the furnishings were very average and the couch was uncomfortable. Small TV.
- 2025-10-01T20:46:13Z · 5/5: I stayed here for three months on a business trip and truly enjoyed the location. The apartment is just a short walk from the Dupont Circle Metro station, which made commuting incredibly convenient. Whenever I encountered minor issues, the hosts were quick to respond and resolved everything promptly. I highly recommend this location to anyone visiting D.C.—it’s ideal for both business and leisure stays.
