From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

This is a great room and a great location. Super close to the Dupont Circle metro station and right around the corner from coffee shops, restaurants, a lovely bookstore, and a farmer's market on the weekends! Dupont is a fairly active neighborhood but I didn't have issues with noise bleed into the room at night, and it was great to be so close to so many things. The other rooms in the house are also rented out, and while I didn't encounter other guests while staying there, I occasionally heard people coming and going. Vinay Reddy

Sweet boutique hotel. Busy part of town but the Inn itself is quiet. Great place to stay! I enjoyed every moment staying in the area. Very responsive and flexible. Will definitely stay here again in the near future along with recommending family or friends to this location.
