This Airbnb was very clean when we arrived. Sojourn was very responsive for any questions we had during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with the typical pots and pans, and utensils. There aren't items available for elaborate cooking, but for your basics you are set. They also have cooking oil, with salt and pepper available for use. The bed was extremely comfortable! They have top of the line towels for your use. The Airbnb listing indicates this unit is on the first floor, but it is not. This unit is on the second floor. I have let them know this needs to be changed in the system. We would stay here again, if we are in the area.There is also nice park with a walking trail very close to the unit to walk your dog, with a playground there as well.

A great garden apartment in a beautiful bedroom community 15-20 mins walk from the US Capitol grounds with easy access to Eastern Market, Metro rail, bus lines. Secure, clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms. Clarifications for groups of 4 or more: Back bedroom has en suite bathroom and features a daybed + trundle in a room barely large enough to use both. Pullout/sleeper sofa is in the middle of the living room + kitchen area so no privacy for whoever sleeps there. Bedroom with queen bed has large walk-in closet but uses the bathroom adjacent to kitchen. The furniture is comfortable and features a dining area for four people, good for breakfast or rainy day cards/games. Lovely private back patio. Very useful clothes washer + dryer. Highly responsive property management with clear communication.

Great place to stay in the city! Super close to the Capitol South metro station, so traveling around the city is easy. Comfortable and cozy.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our stay. It’s a great location, with a lot of walkable destination points. The host is extremely communicative and always quick to respond. I also appreciated how safe I felt, since there is a code to get in the building and another code to get in your unit. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in DC.

This stay was exactly what we needed. Very walkable, nice neighborhood, clean home and very welcoming. The host was also incredibly friendly, commutative and accommodating. Only piece of feedback is the entry way is entirely dark and we came back after sunset making it impossible to see the steps and key pad to get inside. Otherwise it’s lovely and the host was awesome.

Excellent place overall - the location is hard to beat, as it is a short walk to the Dupont Circle Metro Station and in a great neighborhood. Quiet street, located near many good restaurants, a 7-11, and a grocery store. The flat was well organized and had good furniture, free media on the TV, and a washer/dryer. The instructions and clear communication about check-in, the stay, and check out was especially appreciated; it was very professional, and I appreciated that they let us put our bags in the flat early, as we arrived before check-in. Great overall, and I would definitely stay again if we're in the DC area.
