Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. - 2026-07-11T20:45:43Z · 5/5: Great location and secure. Walking distance to restaurants (No frill bar and grill & Strawberry Fields gelato) and movie theater. Family friendly neighborhood. Host was immediately responsive when had issue with door. Upon arrival was able to access apt but when I went out to car to get more luggage the front door access code stopped working. Luckily I had my phone to msg host who immediately responded and reset. Note apt is on 3rd floor w/out elevator. However the staircase for each floor is relatively short number of steps. AC appeared to be new and worked great which was a relief with 99 degree temps in July. Generous supply of hand and body wash, towels and hangers. Apt was clean as were common areas in stairwell. Free laundry on site in basement. parking is pretty easy to find but an off street spot is dedicated to apt behind the building which was helpful on certain days/times. Apt bldg was quiet. Def would highly recommend and will look for Sojourn properties in future.

La zona es segura y el departamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos. Cuenta con lavadora y secadora en el sótano, lo cual es muy práctico. Sin duda lo recomiendo.
- 2025-04-06T17:50:48Z · 5/5: This unit was perfect for my Son and I to use while in town for a sports competition. I was able to prepare meals and minimize eating out, the wifi worked very well and allowed me to work during the day and to stream shows and relax at the end of the day, and the onsite laundry in the basement was super convenient. It is an older unit and coming from a city with a lot of historic buildings and houses, I appreciated some of the details that are less common with new construction. It made me feel very much at home. Also, Sojourn was very response the first day we arrived and I had questions about the parking.
