So I stayed at sojourn from 3/19-3/24. Had some issue with the toilets as the the only toilet was not flushing and I needed to fix it myself. The tv was also not working which I had to fix on my own. Also given the snow the parking lot at the back had so much snow and ice and I had almost fallen off and hurt myself. No ice melt was applied in the parking lot at the back - it was scary. It was definitely not worth the monies they charged for my stay.
Another issued was the doors don’t close at all. So the 2 bed rooms had no privacy
Would avoid this property unless they fix all the issues Decent apartment. Decent city neighborhood close to a bunch of shops and restaurants on Colley Ave. But ... Directions to get inside were unclear. Parking was from the side street. Old building and apartment. Doors barely latched if at all. Bathroom only accessed thru bedrooms. No fan in the bathroom. Toilet tank either failed to fill or never stopped most times. No drain plug for the bathtub. Clocks all 1 hour off. TV not functional, not connected to internet. Stove top light didn't work. Towel bar fell off the wall when lifting a towel off it. The legs on one of the beds were bent which I think made it noisy. If you hear VERY loud bangs right outside the apartment door, apparently you don't need to fear they are gunshots but it sure would be nice if there was some explanation. Sojourn was good with responses but never said if the security camera picked up anything. Don't be surprised if they come back at you for more money for cleaning fees even if you are VERY clean.
