From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet-friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. Pet fees are usually included in the booking, but if not, you’ll be invoiced the pet fee. Please let us know if you’re bringing pets so we can update your reservation. Note that some homes are not pet-friendly—if yours isn’t, we’ll gladly recommend one that is.

Exterior security cameras on property
The location was great and central. We were satisfied with the inside of the Airbnb. The only concerns I had was paying for parking every two hours as there was not parking for residents or parking passes available. I have never heard of paying $20 an hour to arrive in the Airbnb earlier but grateful it was available. The trash cans outside the neighborhood and behind the residents were bringing big kitten size rats out the front door and rear bedroom door. Other than that it was a nice place. The house was nice and they were very responsive when I had questions. Amazing stay, very clean place and very responsive hosts De communicatie met de verhuurder is fantastisch. Helaas was ons geboekte appartement last minute niet beschikbaar, waardoor we deze optie kregen. Ze dachten mee en waren pro actief. De ruimte is groot en fijn. Alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Het huis is alleen wel heel gehorig waardoor je alles hoort wat de bovenburen doen. Wij zouden zeker terug komen!
