- 2025-08-11T18:49:31Z · 5/5: The location was great and central. We were satisfied with the inside of the Airbnb. The only concerns I had was paying for parking every two hours as there was not parking for residents or parking passes available. I have never heard of paying $20 an hour to arrive in the Airbnb earlier but grateful it was available. The trash cans outside the neighborhood and behind the residents were bringing big kitten size rats out the front door and rear bedroom door. Other than that it was a nice place.

Ze dachten mee en waren pro actief. De ruimte is groot en fijn. Alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Het huis is alleen wel heel gehorig waardoor je alles hoort wat de bovenburen doen. Wij zouden zeker terug komen!
- 2025-07-08T18:54:49Z · 5/5: This airbnb was perfect for my group - having ample space for all of us! I loved having 3 full bathrooms, it really made a huge difference. The host was communicative, and the apartment was super clean. My only critique was that we couldn't get into the apartment until 4 p.m. (but i understand that the apartment had to be cleaned from the night before). We were able to drop off our bags at the apartment, but even being able to get in an hour early would have made a huge difference. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment and if I come back to DC, I will definitely be looking to book this place again!
