Welcome to the Ocean View Mosaic Suites!
The Serene Suite is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, condo (sleeps 4) designed with comfortability and enjoyment in mind. This condo is a short drive to Virginia Beach and Ocean View Beach.

There is no ramp or elevator in this house.
There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with and high-speed wifi.
The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

I was very happy I booked this place to stay at. Nicole was attentive even when there were warnings of flooding in the area and wanted to keep us updated on that situation which was very appreciated. The only thing which wasn’t even really bad was if you are on the 1st floor you can hear the people upstairs walking around if they are heavy walker but it wasn’t that big of an issue. The beds and couch were very comfortable. P

Property is fantastic. We came down for a beach weekend, and we’re easily able to walk to OVB and only a short drive away from VB. The property is fantastic, and just as advertised. COVA brewing down the street is a great place for a morning coffee, or evening beer! We enjoyed our stay at Nicole's place because it was easy to get to, had enough space for all of us, and was nearby to everything we wanted to do. We didn't spend much time at the place since we were visiting friends in the area, and it worked really well for our needs.
