Welcome to the Ocean View Mosaic Suites!
The Serene Suite is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, condo (sleeps 4) designed with comfortability and enjoyment in mind. This condo is a short drive to Virginia Beach and Ocean View Beach.

There is no ramp or elevator in this house.
There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with and high-speed wifi.
The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Free parking garage on premises
the place was great, a little smaller than I thought but that was my mistake for not asking the size but it worked out. host was quick to respond to any issue I had and had them fixed or looked at. Only issue we had was that for this specific unit, the flooring in the kitchen and in the bathroom was not even with the rest of the place. It seemed like the foundation was settling in that section or something. It wasn't too dramatic of a slop so we stayed for the rest of the stay. Besides that, our stay was pleasant and had no other issues. S

Amazing stay , the environment was safe quite and clean. Nicole was very kind, responsive and accommodating, ensuring to get back with any messages at a reasonable time. The space wasn’t terrible and was relatively nice, but wasn’t quite what was described or shown. The walls were covered in what appeared to be dirty hand marks or foot marks in both bedrooms and the bed sheets had preexisting stains that resembled either dirt or pen. The bath tub had the start of a hole in it and was showing rust. And majority of the fees I wasn’t aware of until after I had paid for the unit, and some seemed a bit excessive especially in the case of “damages regarding excess dog hair” and the additional cleaning fees due, especially when it didn’t appear to be very clean from the beginning. But most important, the walls (especially if you’re on the bottom floor) are very very thin and if you have extremely inconsiderate people like the ones that were above me in unit 7, you may find it hard to sleep or relax due to how loud and easy noise travels through. I was very happy I booked this place to stay at. Nicole was attentive even when there were warnings of flooding in the area and wanted to keep us updated on that situation which was very appreciated. The only thing which wasn’t even really bad was if you are on the 1st floor you can hear the people upstairs walking around if they are heavy walker but it wasn’t that big of an issue. The beds and couch were very comfortable.
