Welcome to the Ocean View Mosaic Suites! The Serene Suite is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, condo (sleeps 4) designed with comfortability and enjoyment in mind. This condo is a short drive to Virginia Beach and Ocean View Beach. Beach chairs are available. The space Bedroom 1: The bedroom has a queen size bed Bedroom 2: The bedroom has a queen size bed There is no ramp or elevator in this house. There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with and high-speed wifi. The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed. Guest access Our home is contactless, seamless and easy self check in. A code will be set for you and shared before your arrival. Other things to note At Sojourn, we’re committed to making your stay seamless, serene, and comfortable. Every one of our homes is thoughtfully appointed with everything you need to settle in and relax—from high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs to fully stocked kitchens and freshly laundered linens, Frette towels, hairdryers and luxurious Lather brand soaps. Our team is also just a message away, with thoughtful communication from the moment you book to the day you depart. Before your stay, we kindly ask you to review the following important information to ensure a smooth arrival and peaceful experience: Guest Verification with Truvi To protect our homes and enhance your peace of mind, Sojourn partners with Truvi, a third-party guest verification and damage assurance platform. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding. Baby Gear (Optional Add-On) Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item. Parking Information Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays. - 2025-12-01T19:34:43Z · 4/5: the place was great, a little smaller than I thought but that was my mistake for not asking the size but it worked out. host was quick to respond to any issue I had and had them fixed or looked at. Only issue we had was that for this specific unit, the flooring in the kitchen and in the bathroom was not even with the rest of the place. It seemed like the foundation was settling in that section or something. It wasn't too dramatic of a slop so we stayed for the rest of the stay. Besides that, our stay was pleasant and had no other issues.

Nicole was attentive even when there were warnings of flooding in the area and wanted to keep us updated on that situation which was very appreciated. The only thing which wasn’t even really bad was if you are on the 1st floor you can hear the people upstairs walking around if they are heavy walker but it wasn’t that big of an issue. The beds and couch were very comfortable.
