Toes in the sand through your private beach access! Sojourn welcomes you to this gorgeous 2 bedroom, 1 bath beach apartment, newly appointed and renovated. Renovated in the summer of 2021 with furnishings from Article, Crate & Barrel and West Elm. This home sleeps 5 with 2 fantastic King beds, TV's in every room, feather duvets and pillows, a fully appointed kitchen, giga blast wifi and sweeping panoramic views of the Chesapeake Bay with epic sunsets. The space Beach Construction Notice: The City of Norfolk will begin a sand replacement project on Toler Place and Willoughby Beach (from 11th View St to the terminal groin) in response to significant erosion from recent high tides. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning in late May 2025 and continuing through late July 2025. You will have to use the beach from 11th Bay and down to enjoy the beach. Please be aware that the impacted section of the beach will be closed during work hours but will reopen in the evenings and on weekends. Alternate access to the beach is available via 11th View St and other nearby entry points. We include free Netflix and Hulu for every TV. Beach chairs and towels are provided. We are pet friendly with a $450 pet fee. Please note and confirm you have read this. A new deck is being put on this building. This may cause concern for noise.
