## Description

Toes in the sand through your private beach access! Sojourn welcomes you to this gorgeous 2 bedroom, 1 bath beach apartment, newly appointed and renovated. Renovated in the summer of 2021 with furnishings from Article, Crate & Barrel and West Elm. This home sleeps 5 with 2 fantastic King beds, TV's in every room, feather duvets and pillows, a fully appointed kitchen, giga blast wifi and sweeping panoramic views of the Chesapeake Bay with epic sunsets. The space Beach Construction Notice: The City of Norfolk will begin a sand replacement project on Toler Place and Willoughby Beach (from 11th View St to the terminal groin) in response to significant erosion from recent high tides. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning in late May 2025 and continuing through late July 2025. You will have to use the beach from 11th Bay and down to enjoy the beach. Please be aware that the impacted section of the beach will be closed during work hours but will reopen in the evenings and on weekends. Alternate access to the beach is available via 11th View St and other nearby entry points. We include free Netflix and Hulu for every TV. Beach chairs and towels are provided. We are pet friendly with a $450 pet fee. Please note and confirm you have read this. A new deck is being put on this building. This may cause concern for noise. Please read the other things to note section about our listing and fees. All Sojourn cleaners are certified in cleaning practices based on guidelines from The World Health Organization, Center for Disease Control and Prevention, US Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and the US Food and Drug Administration. The place was stocked with everything we needed for our long term stay and the beds were very comfortable. Also, our neighbors were welcoming and it was lovely to chat with them over the fence! The building itself, though, is a bit older and the apartment showed a little more age and wear than the pictures show.

- 2025-05-26T18:04:18Z · 5/5: The space is located in a three story building steps away from the Chesapeake Bay. There are several apartments in the building with a shared main entrance. Your private apartment is very spacious and clean. Decorated nicely with all the amenities you will need. Around the back of the property is a private walk way to the beach and bay which is absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet and overall safe with a beach town feel. We were able to find restaurants and cafes within just a few minutes drive of our location. Overall I feel if you are visiting to Virginia Beach area but want to be removed from the chaos of the touristy areas, this is the spot for you!
