Welcome to our serene beach side retreat. This light filled and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a relaxing escape. Enjoy spacious accommodations and thoughtful design for a memorable vacation. This is the perfect place to unwind. The pools open from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. at Memorial Day and close at Labor Day and may or may not have interruptions for any kind of maintenance repairs

The space
We invite you to this relaxing home where the family can come together to watch a movie, play games, and spend some time at the beach. There is a smart TV that allows you to view your favorite shows from every space around the living room, including the kitchen and dining room. Step onto the balcony and enjoy a coffee while you listen to the waves lap upon the beach.
Sink into a king sized bed in the master bedroom which is enhanced by it's own private balcony. Don't forget the private bathroom! There is a queen sized ed in the second bedroom that is close to the hall bathroom. Guests will enjoy the queen-sized sofa bed.
You're never too far from water when you enjoy the multiple pools the community has to offer. The quiet beach is the perfect spot to sink your toes into the sand and provide ample space for a sand castle. The pool is available from Middle of May thru the middle of September.

Our home is contactless, seamless and easy self check in. A code will be set for you and shared before your arrival.

Property Access & Maintenance
From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.
Parking Information
This property has complimentary on site parking. Use of any designated parking options is at your own risk. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. We cannot guarantee the safety or security of any parking location and disclaim liability for any incidents. Thank you for your understanding.
Pet Policy
We love furry companions, but this property is not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly homes.
Only service animals are permitted with written documentation on letterhead from a licensed professional currently providing treatment to a guest of the reservation which identifies the need for the service animals and confirms the guest is currently treated by such professional.
Stays less than 30 nights are governed by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The ADA mandates that services animals, not animals providing emotional support (commonly referred to as ESAs), are permitted in public places which include hotels or short-term rentals. A service animal is distinguished from an ESA because it performs a specific task in relation to the human's disability. An ESA is not trained to perform any specific task.
***Please note that we must accept ESAs for stays exceeding 30 nights so the above statement does not apply to stays of that duration***

Sanctuary condos are 8-10 miles from a grocery store we recommend doing your grocery shopping on the way in to Sandbridge. There is a fabulous market as soon as you enter Sandbridge for your convenience.

This unit is not located within a resort or hotel. Accordingly, there is not a concierge, maid service, or on-staff employees. This is a private rental. All outdoor amenities such as pool, hot tub, and restaurants are not owned by the unit owner and are subject to the service and operations of the individual business owner. The swim up cabana bar is permanently closed.
Beach chairs
We provide 6 beach chairs and one beach umbrella. We do not provide any type of snorkeling equipment.
