## Description

Welcome to our serene beach side retreat. This light filled and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a relaxing escape. Enjoy spacious accommodations and thoughtful design for a memorable vacation. This is the perfect place to unwind. The pools open from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. at Memorial Day and close at Labor Day and may or may not have interruptions for any kind of maintenance repairs \* Please note you must schedule check in with Sojourn \* The space We invite you to this relaxing home where the family can come together to watch a movie, play games, and spend some time at the beach. There is a smart TV that allows you to view your favorite shows from every space around the living room, including the kitchen and dining room. Step onto the balcony and enjoy a coffee while you listen to the waves lap upon the beach. Sink into a king sized bed in the master bedroom which is enhanced by it's own private balcony. Don't forget the private bathroom! There is a queen sized ed in the second bedroom that is close to the hall bathroom. Guests will enjoy the queen-sized sofa bed. You're never too far from water when you enjoy the multiple pools the community has to offer. The quiet beach is the perfect spot to sink your toes into the sand and provide ample space for a sand castle. The pool is available from Middle of May thru the middle of September. Guest access Our home is contactless, seamless and easy self check in. A code will be set for you and shared before your arrival. Other things to note At Sojourn, we’re committed to making your stay seamless, serene, and comfortable. Every one of our homes is thoughtfully appointed with everything you need to settle in and relax—from high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs to fully stocked kitchens and freshly laundered linens, Frette towels, hairdryers and luxurious Lather brand soaps. Our team is also just a message away, with thoughtful communication from the moment you book to the day you depart. Before your stay, we kindly ask you to review the following important information to ensure a smooth arrival and peaceful experience: Guest Verification with Truvi To protect our homes and enhance your peace of mind, Sojourn partners with Truvi, a third-party guest verification platform. You’ll receive a direct message from Truvi to complete your verification. Please complete this step before check-in. Visit Truvi’s website to learn more. Property Access & Maintenance From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding. Baby Gear (Optional Add-On) Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item. Parking Information The Sanctuary comes with 1-2 parking spots per condo, please inquire. Pet Policy The Sanctuary has a no-pet policy. Only service animals are permitted with written documentation on letterhead from a licensed professional currently providing treatment to a guest of the reservation which identifies the need for the service animals and confirms the guest is currently treated by such professional.
