After booking your stay with us, we kindly ask our guests to complete a rental agreement. When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement and the house rules with all parties that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everyone" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.
★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE ★
Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.
★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ COMMUNITY POOL AND TENNIS ★
Guests will have access to the Sanderling Swim and Racquet Club. It is open from mid-May through mid-October.
★ GOLF CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THIS COMMUNITY
★ NOT A PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Should you bring pets without obtaining prior permission from the host, there will be a $400 infraction fee, and your stay will be subject to cancellation with no refund and an expedited eviction.
★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home.
★ NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ★
For the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighbors, we strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

Exterior security cameras on property
My family and I loved this Airbnb! It was beautiful, spotless and in a perfect location. <br/>The house is so much nicer than the photos (although the photos are great). I was very happy that the house was super clean. The kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms are perfectly designed. We loved cooking after a long walk on the beach and watching movies. I am obsessed with the kitchen it is one of the nicest I have ever seen. <br/>My two children loved it too, they had so much fun that they didn’t want to leave. We felt right at home the moment we walked in. <br/>The location is fantastic, it is in the amazing Duck and a couple minutes walk from beach. Wow the beach was incredible and incredibly dramatic. <br/>The staff at Sojourn were proactive, professional, responsive and very nice. <br/>This is one of the nicest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. We went for Thanksgiving and we are already planning our trip. <br/>A massive thank you to Sojourn for a memorable and wonderful holiday Elizabeth

We loved our stay here and would definitely choose it again! It was the perfect size for our family with our four kids, and super walkable to the beach. The town of Duck was really cute as well. Tillman

My wife and I would like to extend our appreciation and gratitude for affording us the opportunity to enjoy such a great beach house. This home exceeded our expectations and was in the perfect location with only a two minute walk to the beach. Whether sitting on the back porch with a cup of coffee listening to the waves crash or relaxing on the beach, you can’t go wrong with this home. The open kitchen and vaulted ceilings were also a plus. Hosts did an excellent job of communicating, working as a team, and were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure our expectations were exceeded. Great job team Sojourn! M
