Seasonal Schedule Club Season: May 22 – November 1 Pool Season: May 22 – September 7 Outside of pool season, select amenities and seating areas may remain available, depending on weather conditions and scheduled events. Pool Hours (During Pool Season) Open daily from 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Designated swim lanes are available for lap swimming. Water aerobics classes may also be offered on select mornings. ★ GOLF CARTS, RVs, CAMPER VANS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THIS COMMUNITY ★ NOT A PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Should you bring pets without obtaining prior permission from the host, there will be a $400 infraction fee, and your stay will be subject to cancellation with no refund and an expedited eviction. ★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★ All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home. ★ NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ★ For the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighbors, we strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits. - 2026-08-21T12:02:02Z · 4/5: This house is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood - close enough to Duck center to drive or bike but far enough to avoid the traffic and crowds. This beach is a quick and easy walk. We found the house to be very clean and conveniently supplied. The upstairs is airy, bright and has nice, updated decor and appliances. The lower entry and stairwell could be updated to reflect that same feel; seeing as it is the first impression to the house, it is dark and the stairwell carpeting looks dated. The decks and landscaping could use attention. The lawn was uncut and landscaping somewhat straggly/neglected looking. There was no furniture on the deck outside the master bedroom which would have been nice to have for star-gazing at night. There are beach chairs and a wagon for use and a pop-up shade tent looked like a good idea until we dragged it down to the beach only to find it had no top - only scaffolding. There are both gas and charcoal grills but not sure if charcoal is provided.

Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great and had all the dishes and cook ware. Overall, great house, location and we will rent again! Thank you for a great stay!
