Beautiful home in a great location. Very walkable to the Navy Yard and a quick metro ride to all off the monuments and museums. The back patio was a wonderful place to relax! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We came to watch the Nats weekend series and it fit our needs really well. It was walking distance from Nats Park, as well as the metro (easy to get to the Mall) and good restaurants. Hosts gave great recommendations for food. The apartment was really clean, and the bed and sofa bed very comfortable. It's a basement unit so you can hear the people above you. <br/>We had a really good stay, and loved the location and price.

Great location and great place. Had everything I needed. It was perfect for what I was looking for - lots of convenient food nearby, and the metro was only about a 7 minute walk. I would 100% stay again!

We spent 3 nights with our 3 college students. It is in a great location, with many restaurants and bars as well as a Whole Foods nearby. We paid for one of the parking spots which worked well for us. Master bedroom mattress was very firm which I like, but may be too firm for some. The sleeper couches are futon style with an uncomfortable metal bar running down the middle. Our boys had to sleep on them in the couch position. I feel this place is best suited for max of 4 adults. It is a charming space in a great location, and we enjoyed our stay.

I had a great stay overall and really enjoyed the space. Communication with the host was excellent throughout — very responsive, helpful, and easy to coordinate with. The home was spacious, accurately reflected in the listing, and made for an enjoyable stay.<br/>There are a couple of areas that could use improvement. The bathroom could benefit from some updates, particularly to the tub, grouting, and showerhead. Additionally, only 2 of the 7 windows had screens, which made it difficult to comfortably open windows for fresh air. Adding screens to the remaining windows would be a helpful upgrade for future guests. Overall, though, I had a positive experience and would recommend the stay.
