Description
Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in the fully renovated, OV Harborage Suite. This modern 750 sq. ft. 2-bed/1-bath condo on the 1st floor offers comfort and style. Shared spaces include fire pits and ample seating. Please note, ongoing city construction may cause noise during business hours and significant water pooling in 5th bay. The space
This suite sleeps up to four guests and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a king mattress, the second bedroom has a queen mattress. Both bedrooms include full bedding and ample storage. The bedroom has nightstands, dresser, and a closet.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a Smart TV with high-speed WIFI.
There is one fully equipped bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, appliances, and dinnerware needed for cooking during your stay.
All linens/bedding, including 4 sets of bath towels, are provided.

There is free parking on premises for one car, per apartment.
Beach chairs are available.
For safety and cleanliness all living room rugs have been removed due to ongoing construction concerns.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet-friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. Pet fees are usually included in the booking, but if not, you’ll be invoiced the pet fee. Please let us know if you’re bringing pets so we can update your reservation. Note that some homes are not pet-friendly—if yours isn’t, we’ll gladly recommend one that is.

Thank you for everything!! The stay was good, quiet, and peaceful. If you’re staying more than 4 days, ensure you get with the host request basic essentials like trash bags. Overall, it was a great stay! Mercedes

Me gustó la limpieza el lugar accesible para la playa 🏝️ y para restaurantes que nos gustaron mucho recomendable🫶 We got there almost an hour after the check in time and it was still being cleaned. I felt bad that the cleaners hurried but the place was still filthy. Smudges and crumbs on the counter, so much stuff on the floor I swept and had big piles, sticky spots on the floor, dishes were still dirty, the shower curtain had gross stains on it, and the place smelled like cigarette smoke. Luckily the bed and towels were clean. The “fully stocked” kitchen is misleading. Even if you only had 4 people staying there, there is one small pan and one small pot, so good luck cooking anything. On a positive note, it’s only a few blocks away from the beach and they provide nice beach chairs and towels, which was appreciated. Overall, this place was SO overpriced for what it was. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
