Living room: The inviting navy velvet sofa, cozy armchair, and sleek glass coffee table create the perfect spot to relax after exploring the city. A chic Sputnik chandelier and tasteful artwork add a touch of sophistication to the space.
Kitchen: Cook, dine, and feel at home in a modern kitchen with black themed appliances, a full-size fridge, dishwasher, and plenty of space to store your favorite ingredients. Your fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. Start your mornings right with fresh coffee or tea and gather around the welcoming kitchen island, the perfect spot to sip, chat, or share a meal together.
Master bedroom: Minimalist design room featuring a king-sized bed dressed in high-quality sheets for a restful night’s sleep, wooden drawers for extra storage, cozy seat, side table with lampshade and en-suite bathroom.
Second bedroom: Second bedroom features queen size bed, wooden drawer with lamp shade and en-suite bathroom.
Bathrooms: Each of the two full bathrooms is an en suite, stocked with fresh toiletries and premium Lather bath products and Frette towels. Primary bathroom has a bath tub with shower while the second bathroom comes with a walk in shower.
Laundry: Private washer & dryer located in bedroom closet.

Property Access & Maintenance
From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.
Parking Information
Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Exterior security cameras on property
We spent a month at Sojourn on R. The apartment has a lot of positives - great location between Dupont Circle and the 17th Street corridor, excellent HVAC, high ceilings, good natural light in the living room, and a primary bedroom on the quiet side of the building.
The biggest negative was the lack of TLC, as if no one had inspected the place to make sure it was ready for guests. For example, the door to the primary bathroom doorframe didn’t fit in the doorframe and wouldn’t close. Other examples include bathtub finish that was rubbed off in the primary bathroom, broken hardware on the secondary bathroom door that prevented it from locking, kitchen cupboards that wouldn’t open or close fully, and sinking floorboards.
Also, the apartment was not really ready for a month-long stay. For example, there were no extra sheets or blankets, no vacuum or mop (we were able to get them to deliver those to us after a few days), and no pots big enough to cook pasta or rice. Perfect location! Staff at Sojourn very responsive & apt was comfortable. Would certainly stay there again. Thank you!
