The space
Beach Construction Notice:
The City of Norfolk will begin a sand replacement project on Toler Place and Willoughby Beach (from 11th View St to the terminal groin) in response to significant erosion from recent high tides. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning in late May 2025 and continuing through late July 2025. You will have to use the beach from 11th Bay and down to enjoy the beach.
Please be aware that the impacted section of the beach will be closed during work hours but will reopen in the evenings and on weekends. Alternate access to the beach is available via 11th View St and other nearby entry points.
This beautiful Chesapeake Bay retreat can accommodate up to 7 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen. The home has 3 bedrooms, including a king, a queen, and a full/twin bunk bed set. Enjoy breathtaking views of the bay from the living and dining rooms, as well as from your own private deck. After a long day at the beach, kick back and relax in our comfortable egg chairs, or unwind on the plush sectional sofa while watching your favorite shows on Netflix and Hulu (both free). The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious family meals.
Each apartment has two parking spaces. Please request permission for more than 2 cars.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

We had a great stay and felt like home transiting to a new state. Felt supported with prompt communication, recommendations, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The home was beautiful. I had no issues at all. I would return for another stay without hesitation. Although our original booking was canceled, we were offered a very comparable place to our original booking. The host was amazing! The place was the perfect location. We were in town for my nieces graduation and the home couldn’t have been more perfect for the event and to allow my nieces and nephews to stay over and visit. The kitchen, balconies, and backyard were perfectly accommodated our entire family and extended family as well as the dog. The ping pong table was the amenity that put this home over the top! With four teenagers visiting daily, this was the talk of the vacation and for years to come! Plan on staying at any homes this host has to offer for all of our future visits!!
