## Description

This Chesapeake Bay retreat is perfect 7 guests. It has 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private deck with stunning views of the bay. Relax on the comfortable egg chairs or plush sectional sofa while watching Netflix and Hulu for free. The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals. The space Beach Construction Notice: The City of Norfolk will begin a sand replacement project on Toler Place and Willoughby Beach (from 11th View St to the terminal groin) in response to significant erosion from recent high tides. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning in late May 2025 and continuing through late July 2025. You will have to use the beach from 11th Bay and down to enjoy the beach. Please be aware that the impacted section of the beach will be closed during work hours but will reopen in the evenings and on weekends. Alternate access to the beach is available via 11th View St and other nearby entry points. This beautiful Chesapeake Bay retreat can accommodate up to 7 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen. The home has 3 bedrooms, including a king, a queen, and a full/twin bunk bed set. Enjoy breathtaking views of the bay from the living and dining rooms, as well as from your own private deck. After a long day at the beach, kick back and relax in our comfortable egg chairs, or unwind on the plush sectional sofa while watching your favorite shows on Netflix and Hulu (both free). The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious family meals. Each apartment has two parking spaces. Please request permission for more than 2 cars. Please note that neither Sojourn nor the property owner shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver. Neither Sojourn nor the owner guarantee the safety or security of any vehicle parked in the parking space and disclaims any responsibility for any acts of theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity. The home includes a full-sized washer and dryer on the first floor. There is a resident who lives above this unit. Beach essentials included are beach towels and chairs. No other beach essentials indicated by Airbnb or other marketing channels are included in this listing. The Airbnb beach essentials links indicates that snorkeling equipment is a beach essential, we do not provide snorkeling equipment. Our host was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay very much. The 1st level of the house was larger than we expected and that was nice.

We were in town for my nieces graduation and the home couldn’t have been more perfect for the event and to allow my nieces and nephews to stay over and visit. The kitchen, balconies, and backyard were perfectly accommodated our entire family and extended family as well as the dog. The ping pong table was the amenity that put this home over the top! With four teenagers visiting daily, this was the talk of the vacation and for years to come! Plan on staying at any homes this host has to offer for all of our future visits!!
