There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with and high-speed wifi.
The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.
Access is by private door with door code.
Guests will have the entire unit to themselves.
Guests will have total privacy; we are available only when needed.
This property is central to all local Ocean View restaurants.

House Rules:
For the comfort of all guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy. A $500 fine will be applied if this policy is violated.
We kindly ask that there are no parties or events. Gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy will need to be discontinued unless previously approved by the host.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM onwards, as this is a multi-unit, family-friendly property.
Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM.
We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs or cats. Please ensure pets are not on the beds. If you need to leave your pet alone in the unit, kindly use a crate. If you don't have a crate, please keep all bedroom and bathroom doors closed. Please note that a $75/pet fee will apply to help cover additional cleaning needed.
We kindly ask that you clean up after your pets while outdoors. Please make use of the pet waste station for proper disposal. Please note that excessive pet hair may incur a damages fee.
For safety reasons, fires and fire pits are not permitted on the beach.
Fireworks are prohibited on the beach, as their use poses a significant fire risk. Please note that using fireworks would be considered a breach of the house rules.
To ensure your safety, we kindly ask that you avoid climbing or walking on the rocks along the beach, as they can be very slippery and hazardous.
To maintain a clean and pleasant environment, we ask that glitter not be used in the unit. Any glitter found will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I feel like I have to for this place. Our original Airbnb cancelled so we had to book this place last minute. They charged almost $200 for a cleaning fee and we get there to find an ant infestation, and hair all over the bathroom from the previous stay. Additionally, there was an old used towel in the bathtub. The ants were everywhere and hard to ignore. They did respond and send an exterminator, but it didn’t seem to do much. I am worried I bought ants home with me at this point. I did not enjoy my stay at this property. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The couch was cheap and hard. The shower was not clean, the kitchen was not equipped really to do anything, there were no accommodations. The unit didn’t even have a broom, mop and any cleaning products at all. Not suitable for a family. Finally the last but biggest issue, the place was infested with ants ! Crawling all over the kitchen counters. It was so gross. We had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies. The front door to the apartment building had no door knob. Great little spot for a walk to the beach.
