From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

The location and the room was great. Communication and access was great as well. Just the people upstairs were moving furniture at 3 am and walking up and down all night which made it difficult to sleep Caroline

This airbnb was good for a weekend in DC. It is very well located between Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan in a walkable area. The hosts were very communicative and flexible. The room was slightly smaller than expected but workable for a weekend. The apartment is managed by a very efficient company — they replied in real time, both with directions on how to get there and with any other requests during my stay. <br/>The location is perfect, right in front of the Hilton where I had an event, and the surroundings are truly beautiful.<br/>Overall, it was a positive experience. <br/>The “kitchen” is very basic — with just one or two pieces of cutlery per type — so it’s suitable for simple needs but not for proper eating. I’d suggest adding a kettle (even though there’s a microwave) and maybe a few tea or herbal tea bags as a nice touch for guests. great location! easy to walk to coffee, lunch and dinner.
