This place was perfect. We needed to be close to the Hill and it was in close proximity to walk. The amenities in the surrounding area were great with a small market, good restaurants, and quiet at night. The house was set up nicely with a common space and the bedrooms were just what we needed. Will likely come back on the trip!

I travel to DC regularly for work, and I most often stay at hotels. I had to make a last minute trip this week for meetings, and found this AirBnb after being unable to find a reasonably priced hotel (I blame the cherry blossoms). and I'm so glad I did. This property is so much better than a hotel room. Clean, bright, big windows, and very comfortable couch and bed. The location is excellent -- there are lots of great restaurants in DuPont Circle, a grocery store just down the street, and easy access to the Red Line to get to the Mall and Capitol Hill. I really hope this property is available again for my next trip to DC!

Stayed here for 4 nights when I was in DC for business. Neighborhood has many great restaurants and a Safeway supermarket less than a block away. Super convenient.<br/>The apartment is very well equipped and very comfortable.<br/>Highly recommended.

Lovely, very cozy studio style lodging on a tree line street just across from Safeway and within walking distance of the metro. The renovated studio has modern decor and is kept very clean. There were ample blankets and towels and amenities. The studio style lodging is better suited for a single traveler and for shorter stays. The host was very communicative.
