Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Great stay fast response good hosts the place was clean and it’s really close to places to go The apartment was a super location for a conference near to Hilton and for Dupont Circle amenities and was very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful too! Gabriel

Overall, I very much enjoyed this place as a repeat customer. Linens, floors, and the bathroom were all clean. When I first arrived, the place smelled of marijuana. However, Dupont was exceptionally proactive and helpful by ordering numerous air fresheners to help with the smell and a pack of water bottles given that there was not water in the fridge upon arrival. They were also very easy to reach when I needed something and were consistently helpful and friendly. Would surely recommend this place either for a short work trip or a longer-term stay given its mini "kitchen," Metro proximity, and great neighborhood! Peitzu
