Description
Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in the fully renovated, OV Harborage Suite. This modern 750 sq. ft. 2-bed/1-bath condo on the 1st floor offers comfort and style. Shared spaces include fire pits and ample seating. Please note, ongoing city construction may cause noise during business hours and significant water pooling in 5th bay. The space
This suite sleeps up to four guests and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a king mattress, the second bedroom has a queen mattress. Both bedrooms include full bedding and ample storage. The bedroom has nightstands, dresser, and a closet.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a Smart TV with high-speed WIFI.
There is one fully equipped bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, appliances, and dinnerware needed for cooking during your stay.
All linens/bedding, including 4 sets of bath towels, are provided.
Enjoy the convenience of our complimentary laundry room, available for your use during your stay—making it easy to keep things fresh and stress-free!
There is free parking on premises for one car, per apartment.
Beach chairs are available.
For safety and cleanliness all living room rugs have been removed due to ongoing construction concerns.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet-friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. Pet fees are usually included in the booking, but if not, you’ll be invoiced the pet fee. Please let us know if you’re bringing pets so we can update your reservation. Note that some homes are not pet-friendly—if yours isn’t, we’ll gladly recommend one that is.

Didn’t have clear check in put us in two dirty rooms had to wait but they did fix the problem eventually the apartments where nice but I wouldn’t recommended only was refunded 76 dollars and paid almost 500 This place was perfect. The place looked like the pictures, it was clean, and in the right place to do things! Malika

Had a great stay . Lovely place . There was a hurricane in the Atlantic when I stayed there terrible flooding on street and parking area. Informed host they offered to move me after hours but I was expected to pay the cleaning fee. They blamed this flooding on the storm but no surrounding streets was flooded except this one.<br/>Unit also had a smoke smell, host offered ozone machine.
