When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement and the house rules with all parties that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everyone" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.

Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.
★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ POOLS & HOT TUBS ★
The pool and hot are open seasonally from May 15-October 15.
★ NOT A PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Should you bring pets without obtaining prior permission from the host, there will be a $400 infraction fee, and your stay will be subject to cancellation with no refund and an expedited eviction.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside of the home. If you smoke outside the home, please clean up after.
★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home. This home has one camera overlooking the front door.
★ NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ★
For the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighbors, we strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits. We do not accept reservations from individuals under the age of 25, especially for high school or college parties.

Wonderful stay for our ladies weekend! The host was very responsive with the few things we needed. Overall great time. The stay was beautifully decorated and accommodated our family perfectly. We loved how close it was to the beach and how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Corolla! Sojourn was so helpful in sending up to date information as hurricane Erin approached. Luckily, it passed by the time we came and boy are we thankful it did!<br/>The place is beautiful, lots of room, wonderful beds and great pool, stocked kitchen-one of the best arbnbs we've stayed in! Thank you so much for a wonderful time. Your immediate responsiveness to questions and requests were so friendly and appreciated. The house is spacious, clean and tidy, with plenty of room for socializing and relaxing. The house is a very short walk to the beach which is ideal with littles. We really enjoyed the pool and pool toys and the balconies with beautiful views of the ocean and lighthouse.
