The space
Our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home in Capitol Hill home is ideal for small groups of six on business trips and weekend stays. This beautifully designed space provides a mix of convenience and privacy.
- Living area: Natural light pours in from the windows flanking the side chairs. The sofa pulls out into a sleeper sofa, accomodating two additional guests. The mounted television is perfect for kicking back and watching a movie together. Simple decor, area rug, wall art and a non-functioning decorative fireplace help set the relaxed tone of this home.
- Dining Area: Simple and chick, the dining table comfortable seats six people where you can eat your favorite dishes and laugh while sharing stories.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking enthusiasts, has everything you need including, stove, oven, full sized refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware, and plenty of space to whip up your favorite meals.
- Bedrooms: Each room is furnished with a queen bed, clothing storage, side tables with lamps, and additional linens. Sink into the high quality linens for a restful stay.
- Laundry: There is a washer and dryer in those home.
- Bathrooms: Stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries have been designed for comfort. The full bathroom includes a tub and shower combination and is stocked with Sojourn's signature lather products.

Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Great location and value. Beds and sofa were very comfortable. Well appointed and large kitchen. As other reviews state, upstairs neighbors were noisy, but it was only an issue the first night. This was much larger and nicer than comparably priced units, so was clearly priced with the neighbors in mind. We would absolutely stay here again. Taryn

Very clean and comfortable accommodations. They were extremely responsive and helpful I really like this place. It is the second time I've stayed there. Great location, close to Eastern Market, the Metro, and lost of good restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Great place and location!
