This home has deeded beach access that is a short walk from the house, but there is no parking there. Duck does not have any public beaches. There are many public beaches within a short drive that offer free beach parking. You will need to cross Rt. 12 in order to walk to the beach. We are located on the west side of 12.
The Salty Duck is located in the charming town of Duck, NC. From the house, it is just a short walk over to the sound where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets, as well as a quick walk or drive across to the beach! You are just a short drive to Duck village which includes amazing shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, yoga, and attractions.

We had a great stay! It was an easy walk to the beach, and we really enjoyed the saltwater pool and hot tub. They also provided plenty of beach chairs and other gear, which was a nice bonus. Leanne was quick to respond when we needed a very last minute place to stay! Went above and beyond to make sure the house was ready. The house was spotless and beautiful! Most definitely recommend We had a great time at the Salty Duck! The beach was right around the corner and the space was perfect for our family. The kitchen had all the tools we needed and the neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again! The house was absolutely wonderful. It had every amenity you could need or ask for. The house had the perfect layout and was in an ideal location. It was just as described in the listing and we would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.
