Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

We had a wonderful stay over thanksgiving with my family and at Sojourn property. The home was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The check-in process was smooth, and the communication from the team was exceptional—clear, thoughtful, and welcoming.The space had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time, and the attention to detail truly made a difference. Great place for a large family. In town for a baptism and the location was perfect. The house was neat and spacious and the pool was a bonus. The beach was just across the street too. A nice quiet location and would rent again. Great communication and easy check-in and departure. Ann Nancy

Great house for a family gathering. Lots of space, great location, had everything we needed. Great pool. Owner was extremely responsive - fast and friendly. Easy check out process. Highly recommend. The house was in a great location. During my stay the air conditioner went out and we had a night without air conditioning (it was in the 90s heat wise) and although the host was responsive and apologetic there was no compensation or anything for our troubles. Also, there was a shocking sensation around the pool (which is scary when you do know about it) but apparently this is normal in the area. It would be nice if the host warned the guests. The bottom floor felt very musty..there were dehumidifiers in several rooms and the water had to be empty (not really something you want to be doing on vacation). I also wish they would have let us know that it was not a gas grill, nor where there beach chairs. There were sports chairs but only two, not enough for all of the guests. The house accommodated our large group which was nice and the location was great! I think the host could have compensated us for some of the troubles during the stay.
