Description
Bring the group together and experience beach living in this Kill Devil Hills home just steps to the sound! 5 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, a private fenced backyard and a quick drive to the beach. Optional Country Club access is available to guests for $175, offering a beachside pool, children’s day camps, tennis, and water aerobics.
The space
Your Sojourn home is equipped with hardwood floors and carpet throughout. On the first floor, there is 1 bedroom on with a full an ensuite bathroom. Outside, there is a shower.
On the 2nd Floor there is a 1/2 bathroom, a laundry room, a den, and kitchen.
On the 3rd Floor there are 4 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom is attached to the primary suite and one bathroom is in the hallway. The 4th Bedroom has 2 twin beds. *Note* There is no closet in the 4th bedroom with the twin sized beds.
There is a propane grill available for your use.

Our home is contactless seamless and easy self check in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. At Sojourn we take your happiness and comfort seriously. Exterior security cameras on property
The house was beautiful, and such a good value for the location and size. This was our first time visiting the Outer Banks. The weather was not the best so we spent more time at the house than we would usually like. Thankfully the house had a couple bicycles so the kids had something to go explore with. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again and we would recommend the house to anybody who is planning a trip to the Outer Banks!!! Thanks again for the hospitality! Definitely would rent again very quick to respond to any question I had. Candelaria

House was very clean and had plenty of room. Walkable to the beach if you wanted, plenty of parking at the nearest beach accesses. we enjoyed the board games made available at the house and having bikes was a nice addition to cycle around the neighborhood in the evenings. We definitely enjoyed our stay!
