Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Exterior security cameras on property
We really enjoyed our stay. It was such an easy check-in and check out process. This apartment is in a great location surrounded by charming houses, restaurants, and things to do. It is especially conveniently located near a metro station. There were plenty of linens provided and the space was mostly clean. If there was one area that could be improved it would be the bathroom. Some of the walls in there could use a good clean. Also there were a few moths that managed to come in somewhere. Overall, this was such a great place to stay and the kitchen was well equipped. I also appreciated the soap provided and streaming service access. I stayed for 3 nights and it was a wonderful experience. The location was top tier. It wasn’t too far from anywhere we traveled to and had great walking distance to local stores and bars as well. Thank you! Extremely easy walk to 14th Street including Trader Joe's and restaurants. Place is extremely clean; kitchen was the perfect size.
