Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

I had a great stay at this 2-bedroom apartment! The host was very nice, professional, and quick to respond to any questions we had. All of the instructions—from check-in to checkout—were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.<br/>The apartment itself was exactly as described, with all the listed amenities in good condition. The location was perfect—set in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, parks, and local activities. It was a great balance between convenience and comfort.<br/>The only small downside was the $35/night parking fee for outdoor parking, which felt a bit high given the overall cost of the stay. That said, we understand that DC parking can be pricey, so it wasn’t a surprise.<br/>Overall, a wonderful experience—I’d definitely recommend this place and would stay here again! The Digital door lock did not work properly, They had people observing me taking photos when i arrived. Street parking was not available. Congested area with high risk of car break ins. My issue came when I tried to verify i could park on the side of the building they tried to charge me additional $35 a night parking fee for un marked spaces. I declined to pay such a fee. I was charged over 1k for the stay and to have them try and squeeze extra fees out of me after my check in is unacceptable..! Muy buena ubicación, amplio y limpio. Very responsive and accommodating. The location is great- short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc. The apartment was just like the pictures! It was perfect for a weekend getaway.
