An eating area doubles as a workspace, for those of you who take your work home with you. The apartment has ample storage with large cabinets and drawers. Perfect for the busy professional! The large bedroom offers a comfortable queen sized bed, a large flatscreen HDTV, two spacious closets, and a spotlessly clean full bath. Cable and high speed Internet access are included, so your home can double as a space for work as well as relaxation.

Pet Policy
This pet-friendly residence welcomes your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $10 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly.

Emplacement idéal au cœur de Capitol Hill où il est facile de se garer dans la rue avec l’autorisation de stationnement possible avec le logement. Appartement simple et fonctionnel avec électroménager et multimédia de bon niveau mais avec du progrès à faire sur le mobilier qui n’est pas à la hauteur des autres prestations Dunniela's unit was very conveniently located on Capitol Hill. It was comfortable and had all we needed for a week-long stay. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and just a short walk away from the Metro station and the Eastern Market. Amazing stay! Quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed, and not having to do the typical airbnb cleaning really was the icing on the cake. We hadden een zeer aangenaam verblijf. Dunniela was vlot bereikbaar.
