Description
Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in the fully renovated, OV Harborage Suite. This modern 750 sq. ft. 2-bed/1-bath condo on the 1st floor offers comfort and style. Shared spaces include fire pits and ample seating. -
The space
This suite sleeps up to four guests and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a king mattress, the second bedroom has a queen mattress. Both bedrooms include full bedding and ample storage. The bedroom has nightstands, dresser, and a closet.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a Smart TV with high-speed WIFI.
There is one fully equipped bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, appliances, and dinnerware needed for cooking during your stay.
All linens/bedding, including 4 sets of bath towels, are provided.

There is free parking on premises for one car, per apartment.
Beach chairs are available.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

The apartment was as listed. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with most items needed for cooking. The cleanliness was great. There was some construction going on while we were there which was quite noisy and there was dust everywhere. <br/>Sojourn was very helpful with all of our concerns. All in all it was a great stay. Overall I will give this property a 6/10! This is why : <br/>The description was accurate <br/>The host was responsive<br/>The host handled business well<br/>Free laundry was great<br/>Walking distance from ocean view beach<br/>Overall looked pretty clean walking into the unit.<br/>This is where things went left :<br/>My fiancée got ate up by a bed bug in the first unit we were in on the first night, we actually killed the bug.<br/>They moved us next day<br/>The second unit had dog hair all around<br/>In both apartments the neighbors were very loud. Didn’t seem as clean as the first unit <br/>Things they couldn’t control :<br/>It flooded on the street and parking lot we had to walk without our shoes to get in the lot<br/>The construction<br/>Overall this place has lot of potential Caroline

Bon séjour! Logement confortable et spacieux pour notre famille. Tout prêt d' une belle plage paisible et des commerces. Very nice place!! Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Came with three guests and we all enjoyed our stay
