★ RENTAL AGREEMENT ★
After booking your stay with us, we kindly ask our guests to complete a rental agreement. This is a standard procedure designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved in renting homes in North Carolina. When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement and the house rules with all parties that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everyone" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.
★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE ★
Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.
★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ POOLS & HOT TUBS ★
The pool and hot are open seasonally from May 15-October 15.
★ NOT A PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Should you bring pets without obtaining prior permission from the host, there will be a $400 infraction fee, and your stay will be subject to cancellation with no refund and an expedited eviction.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside of the home. If you smoke outside the home, please clean up after.
★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home. This property has a camera in the carport and the front door.
★ NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ★
For the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighbors, we strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits. We do not accept reservations from individuals under the age of 25, especially for high school or college parties.View More

This home was beautifully laid out, meticulously clean and extremely accommodating for our stay in every respect with all its appurtenances. The quiet neighborhood, the location of the home, the 4 x 4 ramp to the beaches on the dunes…Sojourn was very responsive and professional in response to all our needs as well, great job guys, top notch management!!! I cannot say enough about our entire vacation experience thanks to everyone involved with this property. No question, we would definitely stay again. Beautiful state, beautiful beach experience. The house was beautiful and very clean. It was also well stocked with everything you could need. Would definitely stay here again. This was our first visit to the Outer Banks and we will definitely be back! The house, location, and all of the recommendations in advance made for a relaxed and comfortable vacation. We have been staying in homes throughout Duck/Pine Island/Corollla/Carova for 24 years and this was the best experience we’ve ever had. This home is immaculate and the construction is top notch. Everything feels well made. From the home itself to the furniture that was picked out. What I notice are all the fine details. It has really nice cookware and utensils- knives that are actually sharp and you can cook full meals!! Kitchen appliances that make sense and make your life easier! And then all the outdoor extras- a cart, boogie boards, beach chairs, pool toys… they’ve thought of it all. Which makes a vacation a true vacation. These are things you don’t get when renting from Twiddy or the others. The beds are super comfortable, the screened in porch is so relaxing, and the ability to be at the beach in 5 minutes but still be quiet and secluded was perfect. You could not possibly be disappointed renting this house. Part of me wants to keep it a secret, but it’s too nice not to!
