The Topaz Suite is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, condo (sleeps 2) a short drive to Virginia Beach and Ocean View Beach. Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique AirBnb stay.

Parking - Guests are given one parking spot in the parking lot.
We do not have designed street parking - additional parking can be found at the beach access across the street.

Bedroom 1: The bedroom has a queen size bed
There is no ramp or elevator in this house.
There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with and high-speed wifi.
The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.

Our home is contactless, seamless and easy self check in. A code will be set for you and shared before your arrival.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Free parking garage on premises
The place was very cute and quiet and very comfortable. I felt right at home and would definitely recommend this place to any and everyone. I even had a couple friends for dinner and after they left they didn’t hesitate to compliment how beautiful this place was. Would definitely love to book again! Giovanni

Great communication from host, the area is very peaceful and there's lots to do at 10 to 15 min drives. Theres a 7Eleven, Planet Fitness and supermarket and gas station at walking distance (about 1.5miles). Overall great experience with the property, would stay there again. The place had what you needed to feel comfortable for a longer stay!
