Description
This bright and modern studio is the perfect place to stay during your DC visit. Incredible location, historic neighborhood, and metro-accessible (3 blocks).
We are on on the same street as the US Capitol & Library of Congress, only a few blocks away.
The space
From your front door, you are:
a 19 minute walk to the National Mall
a 16 minute metro ride to the National Mall
a 7 minute drive to the National Mall
a 9 minute bus ride to the National Mall
The National Mall includes the Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, the National Museum of American History, the National Museum of Natural History, the National Air and Space Museum, National Museum of the American Indian, the National Gallery of Art, and the Smithsonian Castle. Museums and memorials are spread out but are all walk-able from each other.
From your front door, the White House is a 24 minute metro ride away, the Library of Congress is a 9 minute walk away, and the Capitol is just next to that.

Property Access & Maintenance
From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Amenities
2 blocks from the capitol and about 4 blocks from the Metro station. 2 blocks from a great diner and a couple coffee shops. Kitchenette in the room. Perfect. This flat was in the heart of the capital hill area which made site seeing so easy and walkable great restaurants. Felt secure in the flat and the surrounding area. I would highly recommend this place. Place was easy to find , great location and it was nice and clean.
Very cozy feel with cool small city vibes.
It was easy to get to bus and Metro .
We used e bikes and scooters to get to and from the store and metro/bus
Will totally come back!
