Description
Take a short stroll to the beach with Sojourn at The Sanctuary Condos in picturesque Sandbridge. This modern, spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers a fresh escape with balcony views of the beach and Back Bay Wildlife Refuge. This is the perfect place to enjoy the Beach with the whole family. Our community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, weather permitting.

The space
Bedrooms:
Step into the primary bedroom where you can sink into the king sized bed after a day at the beach. What makes this bedroom even more desirable is the en suite bathroom.
The second bedroom features a queen bed with serene beach decor and is attached to the second bathroom which is also shared with the third bedroom.
Whether you're vacationing with the family or a group of friends, there is plenty of room to sleep everyone in the third bedroom which features 2 bunk beds. One of the bunk beds has a double sized bed.
Gather in the living room where everyone can relax on the large sofa and enjoy a movie or games together. You'll be able to listen to the ocean through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. Better yet, step onto the balcony and enjoy a beverage or snack while the sun sets.
Pamper yourself in the well-appointed bathrooms, featuring luxurious Lather Soaps, Frette towels and a refreshing ambiance.
Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and all the essential cookware. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a gourmet feast, you'll find everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires. Guest Verification with Truvi
To protect our homes and enhance your peace of mind, Sojourn partners with Truvi, a trusted third-party guest verification and damage assurance platform. You will receive a direct message from Truvi with instructions to complete your verification.
As part of this process, a required $100 damage waiver must be purchased during the Truvi verification. This step must be completed prior to check-in.

Property Access & Maintenance
From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.
Parking Information
Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. We cannot guarantee the safety or security of any parking location and disclaim liability for any incidents. Thank you for your understanding.
Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

This is the one - the home away from home you were looking for! It’s the perfect vacation spot for your next getaway. Our family of 5 had plenty of space. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. The storage locker with extra chairs and wagon for a beach day was clutch. The kids thoroughly enjoyed having access to multiple pools when needing a break from the sand. We appreciated being away from the crowds and congestion of the city. We would highly recommend this rental & will surely be back in the future. Thank you for everything! Courtney

Fabulous property <br/>Very attentive host My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes/etc. They even had an instant pot. The beds were comfortable and the couch big enough to fit all 7 of us who stayed there! The condo's pools and gym were great and the walk to the beach is quick and we spent most of our time there! We were pleasantly surprised at how much beach gear was avilable for our use in the storage unit in the garage. <br/>Some things that I did not expect: in the verification process Truvi charged me a $100 fee for insurance that will not be refunded. I don't remember seeing this when I booked the condo, but I paid it anyway. Another review mentioned lots of spiders outside of the condo building, including on the balcony. They were definitely correct about this - there were so many spiders and webs outside and even after you sweep them off, they're back overnight. <br/>Overall, a great stay. I would recommend this airbnb with the couple of caveats that I named.
